hey I bought donor25 on /donate not /buycraft and havnt received it on hellblock plz either refund my money or give me the upgrade thank you
It might be because of the server crashing a lot lately. Please post a screenshot here of the transaction.
ok but I cant really me comp don't do screenshots but if u go on hellblock and do /donate u will c I payed for 25
but when I do /donate it says donor 25 when I do /buycraft it says mamagma donor or something like that
Sorry, cyp has stated he will not be considering donor transfers for any reason I don't know if Kato will be able to make an exception for hellblock, so I won't close this until we hear from him just in case! There will still need to be someone to remove your donor status on .net though, so I think a transfer will be very unlikely. well why wont he? it was a freak accident I did /donate on hellblock so why didn't it upgrade me on hellblocK?
Please be patient and wait for Cypriot to reply. He is the one who will make the decision here, sorry for the delay. If you could include any screenshots/transaction ids (in hidden content) that would be helpful.
ok I cant really though the email wont pull up can you check through /donate it shows I donated. or should I just keep trying

As I have already stated in our conversation, while Cyp usually doesn't do donor transfers, I believe given enough time he'll handle this as it was a wrongful donation to another one of our servers. CypriotMerks. You just have to be patient, sorry for the inconvenience this causes.
