Even if you were not the one distributing the GoD books, ,they still are illegal to own, so my questions are, why did you have GoD books in your possession, who gave them to you, and why you didn't turn them in to the moderators before you were temp-banned by Cypriot

 

Well, I had put them into a chest, and had never heard of them before and was not sure whether they are legal or not. But I was temp banned before having the chance to turn it in.

 

The reasoning behind me not believing whether they are legal or not is because enchanted items are in the economy, and I never even used the book.

 

the book contained enchants with levels over 30k, so it wouldn't be reasonable to think they are legal due to the book having those enchantment levels

 

I checked over chat logs, and before you were temp banned, you were using language, Seems to me that you didn't care about turning in the books more then swearing and such

 

Well, as I said, I've never heard about the book, and I never used it, so I was completely ignorant about it. But I probably should have inferred it was illegal and threw it into the void.

 

I was on and off of AFK, not really paying attention to that chat since I was talking to people on skype and had to keep closing my mine craft tab.

 

I don't believe you. I got several reports of players saying it was you dropping them and when dark star went to your island he found 35 god books. That's an amount that tells me you took some with you and kept some and then dropped them. Then there's item 2 of proof, when I did /near you showed up on the list yet you were nowhere to be found, possibly you were using an invisibility potion.

 

Ask XxTobyGamingxX he saw me right in front of you, flying. I never dropped books but also im alittle confused because I asked you what a GoD book was but never answered. So thats your fault for bad moderating.
