I'm gonna say 90% support, you have good qualifications and a very well written application, I just think that you need to help more in game, this may just be time-zones because I live in England but the second I see you helping in game you can have the last 10%

Well, thank you for your words, but what does that have to do with me if I am experienced in minecraft v. someone who plays on the server and is a donor being of a young age? I have been on the server three weeks yes... indeed I have, but I also logged 8.6 days of pure game play. I admit I should spend more time on chat, but as a "green bean" I am often stereotyped when I am a fantastic builder and have a vast understanding of minecraft and real life. People have stared in awh of my progress at the bottom of the chain.. In fact I do believe that most people think that being a donor/skygod makes the player more fit to becoming a moderator. I think that is wrong and is often expressed in modern day society as well for example the person that has the most money gets what they want.. I can't put fancy colors to grab peoples attention, however my goal isn't to plead to people to help them. My goal is to have them ask me for help knowing that I am a reliable source of information and an attribute to the server. I am slowly building my way towards that goal and today I may not be there, but I can guarantee that I won't spend all of my time on chat, but more via one on one messaging people and building that closer relationship with the players. I mean everyone has a favorite moderator, but do you want a non-bias moderator that started from the bottom and not from the top because they had money? I put to much passion into things... If you don't believe me come see my island and tell me there is no passion. Life is fantastic my friend! Life is good! I will be that calm mature moderator not the social media moderator.

That is ok! Don't apologize! I did deserve a little negative feed. It is expected when you perform an application of any sort. Just remember this don't be afraid of failure. Failure is the only way you can accomplish success, but only if you learn from your mistakes. Just remember that.

 

Gonna have to pass on support. You were saying helping anyone just msg me! I said Oh can you help build for me. Then you asked for my age. I then asked why. You said "I'm not helping anyone who's young because I don't want to waste my time on a little kid's island" Just saying but that's a little bias. So gonna have to pass although your very active 10% support

 

CrazyJao you were advertising a server and I am to busy on skyblock to participate. I asked how old you were on the server because I take minecraft seriously. I don't see a game... I see architecture, landscaping, and applied business skills. I love helping people on Skyblock, but that does not mean I have to be their building slave you are misinterpreting the duties of a moderator. I will help you with simple machines and complications, but why would anyone want to build someones island when they have other things that are more important? I apologize for turning it down, but in all fairness if I built for you and not other people it would not be fair... I am an extraordinary builder of a sort on this server because I build with different techniques and am more mature. If you were a little older and had a little more experience then I would have thought about it at least, but you got to get out there and be willing to build that is why my island looks the way it does. You have to be smart with time and money as well. Passion is the one thing that drives me the most CrazyJao a moderator is not your slave... He is one of your greatest investments that you can invest to on the server... I am very nice guy I promise you! Just try to understand what I am trying to tell you without misinterpreting it. Ex: Moderators hate being used like taxis, but it is nice to do a good deed for a player once in a while. CrazyJao life is simple, but you as a person have to make it simple... I can't make it simple for you. I am a non-donor that is pretty well off because of the decisions I make and the people I meet. Your a nice person and all, but I didn't mean to turn you down that harshly. Life is great my friend be the one person to build it (; You can message me if you need actual help help! I am generous, so I hardly refuse unless you tell me to coop you and do all of your labor. Do you get what I am trying to say? (I am trying to explain it as well as I can, so we don't have a grudge against each other) I want to be well known to all players in a positive way Please consider how you would view it in my shoes. I understand how you feel and how you would like to do to other people. It's just how much I loved your style just made me like "I got to ask him" inside. Thats my reason. But can you understand it in my shoes as well. Asking how old they are. then saying No if they're to young???? Just bias

 

Well, it may even be a personal preference. I like to communicate and there are some other variables, but when it comes to managing my time I would rather be with people around my age? That isn't bias. I will help anyone no matter what age they are, but who I choose to associate with away from that duty would just be a mere preference. If you offer me a decent price... then I would probably build for you, but just out of the time I have it wouldn't be worth it in my opinion to be used for free labor. (Moderators are people/players to, but they have those certain obligations on the server) Jao I ask people two questions before I decide to make an association like that. 1. Do you have skype? 2. How old are you? Ex: Very young players are on the server, but I am a 19 year old that will help them, but has personal preferences. A goal of mine is to make as many friends with as many players as possible, but the ones I wish to spend my personal time with are my decisions. I am always here for you guys, but just remember [Mods] should be the ones to encourage you to build what your deepest imagination desires and if they decide to help you with your island (building it), then it is their decision. Thanks for being a sport, but do you kind of understand what I am saying? Trust me I am a very generous person... I just don't have an infinite amount of time.

 

I now fully understand your POV I do have Skype yes. I dont wish to put my age out to the whole of the internet but I'm not in secondary yet.If you want to talk to me any more just start a convo with me =)
