So I went a head and donated I first donated $10 then later I went a head and upgraded it to $25 and with the $25 donor I was supposed to get a mob spawner but I did not get 1 when I donated. Did something happen or am I not aloud to get one? Do I only get 1 if I bought $25 straight instead of upgrading from $10 to $25?

 

You don't get a mob spawner when you buy $10 donor, but you do if you upgrade yourself to $25. If you have proof of the upgrade an SMod or admin can refund you your lost spawner.

Is there a way I will be able to communicate with staff on there to have proof for the $25 donor? Because I have tried asking for staff on there but there seems to only be a mod on and all he says is to post in the forums.

 

You can take a screenshot of your receipt and post it on the forums.

 

You do not receive one as said by so2315.

You must have the reciept and as you said, you didn't purchase it.
