ok so my old IGN was Izzy_123__ and that account got hacked pretty bad! they changed my password and everything. So i went out and got a new minecraft account IGN SidneyJ4611. Hi there, Izzy_123__. Since you are requesting a donation transfer from your old account to your new account, do you have any evidence of your purchase such as a Transition ID or your receipt. If you do have it, it would be very helpful for your donation transfer. Also, please make sure what do you want transfer in donator rank like donor10, donor25, etc. and which server you are talking about as this could be related to .net, .org, or Hellblock.
Ok i dont really have evidence ;-; my cousin bought this 4 me on my b-day (he lives in canada) ;-; and i already asked him and he doesent have the receipt :_: it was donor100 and .net
The receipt of the payment could be found within your cousin's email. Could you ask your cousin to check his or her email to see if they have the receipt or to go on their Paypal to see their payments?
