If you weren't going to supply any details, why make the thread? Seems like a frivolous attempt at monitoring social behavior based on positive reinforcement, at least to me anyways.
There's no entering. Any regulars can win. Ill notify winners with a PM over forums and post a new thread. If the winners don't respond or decline the prize I'll just add it to the prize pool of the next competition I'm doing.
