Jimmolas i did what you said to do but it's not really working btw I'm talking about the stone gen. I'm on mine chat as well!

 

You can disable the setting that allows commands to run on a join event in Minechat. The default command that is executed whenever you join a server is /spawn.

Simply disable that setting, make sure you log off at your home, and you should be good to go.

The problem with allowing commands in the central spawn region, is that bots can issue commands exactly the same way players can issue them.
The only way to stop bots from having any impact on the chat, is to prevent any kind of interaction or action in the main spawn point (Which is where they spawn - usually).
