Because it's tooooo hard to get dirt/grass and if you are not allowed to buy a rank you can't really get them.

 

Yeah, but grass is really expensive and not fair for someone who can't play every day.

 

It is if you can't vote every day. I'm just allowed to play/surf every 2-3 days.
