Well, as I'm sure many of you don't know, I was in Mexico for 2 weeks, hense why I was only on minechat. The flight going out to Mexico, Puerto Vallarta was smooth, it took 11 hours and roughly 20 mins. We arrived in Mexico and thought that it wasn't too hot, ha we were wrong. We stepped outside the plane and the heat just hit us, it was so humid. As the terminal was too small to park the plane at we had to get a bus over to the terminal. No air con and it was soo sweaty. We got through passport patrol and boarded the coach to our hotel, Riu Vallarta. This was our view from the hotel room, , this was the fountain and one of the 5 bars . We went on a trip which was where we went down into Downtown Puerto Vallarta which lasted about 5 hours. We went Into one of the local church's then we went into the mountains, went to a restaurant then went to our final destination, a tequila factory. We spent a few days relaxing before we went out on another trip, Rhythms of the Night. This was actually amazing. Unfortunately we couldn't take any pictures of the show but if you ever go to the Puerto Vallarta area, deffo go on this trip. Unfortunately we lost our camera on the trip so I can't upload any of the photos which were on there. I will add some pictures of what I got in a spoiler below this. Most of the photos were taken on the way there. Our last trip we went on was a snorkelling and sailing. Obviously I couldn't take any pictures on this one as my iPod isn't waterproof. This was a good trip although it could've been better. Getting back was absolute hell. We were at the airport but the plane went technical as the flaps weren't working. So the cancelled the flight as the crew ran out of flying hours so we had to stay In a hotel overnight, by this time it was 2am. We got back to the airport in the morning at 9:30am and boarded at 1:00pm. We had a delay of 18 and a half hours. The flight back took 10 hours and 15 mins as it took a quicker route. The most annoying things of the holiday, loosing the camera and I went swimming with my phone ;-; Here are some random pictures. Here are some of the best photos I got. Looks like it was a lot of fun! How was snorkeling? I always love doing that. And for future reference, it's the only time it makes sense to buy a disposable camera, they have waterproof ones! Sucks about the airplane trouble on the way back though. It could have been worse though. One trip my parents took, they were shuffled on and off of about 4 planes (which took over 12 hours), which all had issues before finally getting one in the middle of the night. By that time my mom was terrified that this plane's problem was going to be found in the air and they'd crash. XD Made it home safely though.
Didnt get alerts from this after the second post, Snorkling was great, we sailed out to these Islands which took roughly 2 hours. We went into this little cove but my Dad had a panic attack as the sea level was rising and he thought we weren't able to get out. He stayed on the boat for the next bit where we got onto a little speed boat and went to another set of islands and snorkled there too. In all it was an amazing trip except for what happened to my dad.
