6. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I thought that the other islands in the sever where almost like yours. When you play single player and how the whole place is your own world. Well thats what i thought i didnt know that those where other peoples i would have never taking there dirt. So it was a complete mistake i will never do it again. I will be ohnested i had a toatl of 3or4 stacks of dirt. Everything eles was mine. Ask anyone on this server i have always been a good traded.

I told you to appeal and I did sign your ban message.
I have confiscated all the dirt and I believe this is just a case a not reading the rules. You are a fairly new player but you just made some bad decisions. I am willing to unban you provided you now know the rules and understand them.

But you said in your mod app that you've been playing for many months- almost a year... how could you have not read the rules in that time. But I have only noticed you for the past week. That shows that you are a fan of lying and you might be lying now. What's to say you won't do it again? Lying is horrible.

Lying in a mod app has nothing to do with this ban appeal. Sure it indicates a tendency to engage in such activities, but the the ban appeal and this mod app are mutually exclusive, in regards to our appeal policies. Yes, I agree this person is not exactly on the perfectly good side of our law, but that does not mean you need to so strongly push for the ban to stay put. Surely you must consider what is related to the appeal and what is not. Otherwise, you may as well turn it into a miniature witch hunt.

Here, the user has been panicked by you. You challenged their position and they resorted to such means of countering. You actually incited this particular behaviour, for this circumstance, whether it is apparent or not.
It is unrelated, and thus not applicable. This is no form of convincing evidence. Please be wary of this, because this is a case where I do support an unban ... given the fact that the user is relatively new, and probably missed the rules.

If the only good reason to keep them banned is an inane mod application folly, then I support an unban.

You offer a valid point Nunyabz- though other mods do start discussing other small rules on ban appeals where the original ban reason was completely different.

I thought about this ban in the time since I posted last, and you do seem sincere though a little bit too eager to be unbanned and a bit less remorseful of your actions.

I do have a suggestion. If people dont read the rules and find themselves in sight of another island or islands like me they may build or fly to it. When I first got my 50$ donor pack on wednessday last week I tired it out. I then found myself with other islands. I thought this is what I was missing thats how kids get do much dirt you have to find it. But, I learned they get it from illegal trading and from other islands like me. The point being is in skyblock.org they limit you to your space you can get from bedrock. That would be a suggestion from me.
