Im a south korean and it would be very hard to put the countries back together. Learn about their history and know why this wont work. It actually is the fact that who would control? And are they going to be communists or not? Etc.

Reopen borders, remaster the education system to allow the students to enjoy their young life, surrender all the nukes, allow people going abroad without constantly being monitored by a military official, allow not just the brightest children to progress in schools, spread power more evenly to take power away from the dictators and give back to the people, tax the rich to allow the majority of the country to come out of crippling poverty, sign alliances with major military forces meaning the country itself doesn't need to train it's children to military standards, re-legalize YouTube and other social medias, introduce the NHS and allow legitimate democracy. And introduce pancake day.
