Can you also provide the receipt for the 25 purchase from before? I don't know if you will be able to get a refund for your 10, but we should be able to reinstate your 25 kit. As of the extra $10, if you are willing you might be able to work out a manual donation to upgrade to $50 for $15, or get just /fly for $10.
