If I were mod I would spend enough time on each conflict between players to make sure the right person got in trouble. I would also try to make sure everybody who needed my help got helped, and the bad people on the server, like the griefers, were banned and taken care of. I have helped resolve conflicts between people before, and made sure things stayed peaceful around the server.
