No need, minecraft does it for you. If you try to click on any link, a message pops up, saying something like, "You shouldn't trust links from anyone you don't know, are you sure you want to continue?"

Funny thing though about my computer: half of the innapropriate sites like that are blocked by my Family Safety thing. It may be annoying, but it saves my computer from a bad website.

Actually, some people have supposedly been hacked by just clicking on the link, without inputting any passwords.
