I think this would be very useful as a lot of the chat you see online is 'dirt trade is illegal' 'sand trade is illegal' etc. So if some donors and staff could get together and organise this it would be great

Explain what you mean a bit more. Do you mean an in game list by, what pops up using a command? Or would you like us to create a list here?

 

There is a short list of obvious things, and I am sure there is a full list somewhere. Let me check. The short list in in the rules BTW

 

or they could just put some signs up in spawn somewhere or make a warp.

 

Here we go, copy pasted the list from rules.
1. Dirt (Starter item, you need to vote for more (you get grass blocks))
2. Sand based items [Sand, Sandstone, Smooth Sandstone, Chiseled Sandstone, Stairs Sandstone, TNT] (Starter item, donate to get a kit to get more) [Glass, Stained Glass, Glass Panes, Stained Glass Panes, and Glass Bottles are allowed on .Net. Only Glass bottles on .Org]
3. Gravel based items [Gravel, Flint, Flint and Steel] (Was a cheap item, and it can be used to kill AFK people at their island.)
4. Silverfish Spawn Eggs (Can be used to grief without creating logs)
5. Steve and Wither Skull Heads (Withers are self explanatory, they are bosses. Steve heads I am not sure, sorry)
6. Buckets [Lava, Water, Milk, Empty] (Starter item, get more by getting iron)
7. Sponge (Creative only, Legal on .Org only!)
8. Bedrock (They are creative only)
8. Mycelium (Expensive, Spreads to dirt)
9. [.org ONLY] Ice (Water does not freeze)
10. [.org ONLY] God Items (High Donor perk)
11. Podzol (Can become dirt, then grass)
Illegal to own/trade items are ores.

 

Well I looked through 5 pages of the How-to section, and found no guide, at least not from the titles. Anything after that would be crazy outdated I think XD So, I will continue searching, and see if I can collaborate with some mods and perhaps Cyp to make a complete list.. Actually, I'm gonna talk to Cyp about it now, and ask if there is one.
