Disregard the title for now, it'll all make sense in a minute, I promise. So yesterday I was thinking about how if I'd never ragequit on my previous Minecraft server, I would have never joined Skyblock and would have never met this amazing community. But of course as my mind wandered, I began to think further... I would have never ragequit or even joined that server had I not played Minecraft. This lead me along a long string of events: I would have never bought Minecraft if I hadn't seen Tobuscus play it first. I would have never seen Tobuscus play it if I hadn't become a Tobuscus fan after watching his Kids React video. I would have never clicked on his Kids React video if I had never been a fan of the Assassin's Creed Franchise, since the preview I saw of the video contained a song of his about Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. I would have never been a fan of Assassin's Creed if that one time when I went to Best Buy at the age of eleven, the random worker I asked for a game recommendation had moved his hand about a foot to the right and picked the next game over from Assassin's Creed II. So thank you, random Best Buy worker, for helping me to become a part of this wonderful Skyblock community we have here. You most likely will never know how much of an impact you've had on my life, but I thank you anyways. <# Now for those of you who follow my train of thought, I'd just like to know those people who may seem unimportant at the time, but have had a major impact on your life as this Best Buy worker once did to me.
I would have never made an RPG if I hadn't heard of RPG Maker VX Ace I would never have heard of RPGMVXA if I hadn't played The Crooked Man I would never have played TCM if my friend hadn't told me about it He would never have told me about it if he wasn't a fan of PewDiePie He would never have been a fan if I hadn't told him to go watch a Dark Souls Trolling video I would never have told him that if I hadn't played DS I would never have played DS if I hadn't been on imgur I would never have been on imgur if I hadn't had a computer I would never have had a computer if I hadn't gotten one on a vacation I would never have gotten a computer if I hadn't gone on vacation I would never have gone on vacation if I hadn't booked a plane ticket myself I would never have been able to afford a plane ticket if I hadn't done dishes for the neighbors for a year and a half. TL;DR Washing dishes = Making videogames.
-If it wasn't for a close friend, I wouldn't have found/played RuneScape. -If it wasn't for RuneScape, I wouldn't have found a lot of the communities I found. -If it wasn't for RuneScape, I would have passed school.
I joined Skyblock because I saw it on a top servers list. I was on the top servers list because I bought my friend Minecraft and she wanted to start out on a server we could play together on. I bought my friend Minecraft because it was her birthday. It was her birthday because her parents decided to have her. So thank you my friend's parents, for making me be a part of this wonderful community XD
If it wasn't for my cousin, Derek, I wouldn't have even realized Skyblock.net was a server. If it wasn't for my friend, Liam, I wouldn't have started playing minecraft with my cousin, Derek. If it wasn't for my realizing my Celestiality, I wouldn't have made my username "FirstCelestrian" If it wasn't for Dragon Quest IX, I wouldn't have realized my celestiality. If it wasn't for my 7-year-old self being bored enough to actually try Dragon Quest IX (before it really came out), I wouldn't have learned to LOVE it a few years later. If it wasn't for my cousin, Zoe, I wouldn't have played Dragon Quest IX. If it wasn't for my aunt, Zoe wouldn't have been born. If it wasn't for my grandma, my aunt wouldn't have been born. If it wasn't for my great grandma, my grandma wouldn't have been born. *fast forwards* If it wasn't for the big bang, I wouldn't have started playing Skyblock.net.
I would have never found skyblock if it wasn't for iancoullahan1 or whatever his name was on YT. I would have never seen iancoullahan1 if it wasn't for my sister I would have never had a sister if my parents didn't have her. BOOM
Okay, well, the "their parents having them" is kind of a cop out... I was hoping for WHY they were involved in that, not why they existed xD
I would've never found Skyblock if I didn't get Minecraft I would've never gotten Minecraft if my friend didn't get me hooked on it I would've never gotten hooked on Minecraft if I hadn't downloaded the Xbox edition first I would've never downloaded the Xbox edition first if I hadn't downloaded the iOS edition first I would've never downloaded the iOS edition if I didn't know what video games were I would've never known what video games were if it weren't for my first game, Mario Kart 64 I would never have owned Mario Kart 64 if it weren't for my first console, the Nintendo 64 I would never have had a Nintendo 64 if it weren't for my aunt So thanks to my aunt for allowing me to find this wonderful community
o.o I thought this thread was about taking a pic of a guy at best buy P_P and you have to find him 10 years later, I would have to thank TobyGames for my minecraft life..
Never would have played skyblock if I hadn't started playing minecraft. Wouldn't have started playing minecraft if it weren't for everyone at my new school playing it. Wouldn't be in this school if I wasn't in Singapore. Wouldn't be in Singapore if my parents hadn't divorced. Parents wouldn't be divorced unless they had married. Thank you priest who married my parents because now I have skyblock
I would have never joined skyblock if it wasn't for administrating with Cypriot on another server. I would of never met cypriot on that server if it weren't for AndrewD360 promoting us. I would of never joined Andrew's server if it weren't for my friend baconator305 I would of never met baconator305 if it weren't for me joining a modding website called Game-Tuts I would of never joined G-T if it wasn't for my friend Josh modding on xbox 360. I would of never modded on xbox 360 if my dad wouldn't of purchased my xbox 360. So you're a horrible person father for making me meet all these noobs.
My guy would be the one who pointed out the minecraft annual (which I didn't but then) So I got minecraft for my birthday So my friend who played minecraft already suggested skyblock.net Then I bought the minecraft the minecraft annual
Lol, that wasn't the point. The point was to tell me who or what indirectly caused you to be in this community and without them, you wouldn't be here. For me, it was a guy at Best Buy who just recommended me to play ACII, he had no idea what he was doing.
