Hi there TheDumbStar, I apologize for the major delay recently. Anyways, it looks like you have been banned for performing an illegal trade. Here is some evidence shown below of you performing the illegal trade by placing down sand which is an illegal trading item towards the chest.



You claim to have read the rules, why did you still intend to perform an illegal trade, which is against the rules of our server.

 

i do not know what u mean by this the only time i placed sand was when I was getting rid of it by placing it on the side of my island so it would fall down. and if I am perm banned could I get my $100 Donor back please

 

now that i look at the photo i know what you are talking about. i put sand in that chest but i was not trading it i was putting it there because i didn't want it (i didn't look at the photo before, i just read the bottom)

 

So from this, you're saying that you never placed sand inside the trading chest at /warp skybase? Because if you are saying that you never placed the sand in the chest, it is most likely that you're lying because the logs shown most likely can't be wrong. And to answer your other question, if you get unbanned, your donation rank will stay the same.

 

I assure you that I was on my own when I put it in the chest. Meaning that I did not intend to trade the sand just to get rid of it.

 

I know that my donor rank would stay the same but if I get perm banned would I get my $100 back?

I am not saying that I never placed the sand in the chest I was saying that I did not intend to trade the sand that I had put in there. As you can clearly see that it was put in way before it was taken out.

Even though you were not trading the sand with anyone, putting in a trading chest or taking it out still considers an illegal trade. Even though you didn't mean to trade it with anyone, it was still considered as one because if you putted it in, wouldn't someone just pick it up as well?

 

I guess that you are right but how else could I going to get rid of the sand that I do not want? Please tell me so if you do unban me I know what to do.

 

There are many ways to get rid of your unwanted items besides dumping it at /warp skybase to prevent illegal trades. For example, if in this case it was sand, you could've placed it on the edge to let it drop or you could of made a chest, put the sand in, destroy it, and let the ClearLag take the items. You could also use the sand as a building block if you were doing a cactus farm or a terrain island that has sand on it. Anyways, why do you think you should be unbanned?
