Most of them. When people go backpacking, they dig a hole in the ground to go to the bathroom so most countries have them.

Ok. That leaves most countries still. It basically just excludes most of the U.S and Canada, and most of Europe. There are very few countries that have enough money that this isn't the case. (there are obviously more than I mentioned, but I'm not listing them all)

That is a lie. Toilets in the ground? No. My dad is Indian, and I'm telling you right now that is only in the most rural of places.
