Many times, when people are banned, they "threaten" the server about how they paid and how they're gonna call the police and stuff. It's called a donation for a reason!!! Can mods maybe put this up? !!!!!!! Refund Policy !!!!!!! All sales are final, you may not buyback, stop, credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive your funds back that of which have been paid. And in doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued play on the server/forums and not allow further funds to be added or taken away. We reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced charge-back. It's called a "DONATION" for a reason.
When donating there are Terms and Conditions that you have to agree to be able to checkout which state:
You shouldn't get a refund because it was your choice to pay the server for such things you wanted. I disagree with this. But soon when EULA comes in and you donate but want your money back, that would be like donating some money to a hospital but wanting it back so you can buy something that benefits you. It just is not cool.
The EULA already exists since years, but now they decided to write it down. Some people are spreading rumors on Skyblock that ranks get removed and else. But to be sure: Mojang never used lawyers and never made anything against such things, and they never will.
