NOTE: THIS IS ALMOST ALL Barnaby's idea! ​

First off you are allowed to charge access to a server. Without this, this idea would not be possible. We could have an initial server that everyone plays on for free. Then, we could have a shop where donors + non donors could donate. They would gain access to another server and get their items. Since there can only be one kind of donation (since all of the perks have to be equal), we would have to have multiple servers for each kind of donation. "Your idea is dumb, I mean, how are you supposed to get the items on to the initial server?" What if a developer could come up with a way to make certain servers connect with enderchests? This is just an idea that I saw from Barnaby, I just expanded on it a little.

 

This would stink. No talking to your non-donor friends? No helping out friends who are higher donor than you?

Here's my solution: Fix that part of the EULA.

 

I don't think you read the whole thing, or maybe I didn't explain it well enough. You can take your items from the donor server to the initial server

 

The EULA just sucks.
Mojang is making a massive mistake with this and they will regret it.

I agree 100%. Who knows, maybe people will be marching down the street mojangs office is on with signs saying "No EULA!". There would be such a noise police would have to do something about it.

Well, they should keep that EULA. Just remove the part that says servers can't charge money for perks.

I think that of Mojang actually goes through with this plan, Minecraft is basically nothing anymore.
They are making a big mistake and will eventually regret it.

I don't even get into EULA threads anymore. I'm just going to wait it out, see what happens, and adapt like everyone else. It it ruins the gameplay like everyone says it will, maybe I'll revive my singleplayer career. Yes, I'm worried about how this will affect the server, no I'm not going to obsess over it and talk about every single detail, cause in reality there is nothing I can do about it, and I'll just make myself look dumb talking about it. .-.
