My farm has been killed off for ages, my friend and I bred them a lot (we wasted over 15 stacks of seeds) and then when we thought the time was right, we killed them all. It wasn't lagging the server in any way, it only lagged when you were in it's chunk. I only sold these eggs because we had no use for them. The most amount of entities deleted that we saw when we had the farm was around the 300 mark, it was normally about 200. I have seen way worse, sometimes there are up to 1500 entities removed by ClearLag, if not, more.
