Hi I bought items a couple of days ago but the coloured wool kit and additional 12 iron (I ordered 2, only got one) did not come. I have emailed support a few times but have not had a response. Where do I go to advise about this please?

My son has just logged up and a message flashed up that the account had been credited, but nothing there?? I am confused as the other parts of the order were there? Is he looking in the right place - he has been looking at his inventory?
The iron ingots would have appeared in his inventory, but the kit he will need to collect manually, which can be done every 24 hours. Try getting him to type the command "/kit wool".
