If your appeal gets denied and you aren't willing to create another, you can chargeback the server and you will recieve the money. But if your appeal gets accepted after chargebacking (if you decide to make one) you still will be unable to join, because if you chargeback you will get banned until you close the chargebacks. Decision is yours.

You will not be getting a refund on a donation. By receiving a rank you agreed to the terms and conditions, which is a legal statement. You have the right to be banned even if you donate. You make an appeal and you do the right thing. No one will tell you how to chargeback because that is an extremely low act a player can do.
