How do you make these Billy?

 

I use Cinema 4d, it's quite expensive if you want to but it but you can download it for free ( There are many tutorials on youtube that will help you download it)
This video will help you learn how to use cinema 4d
In order to make the backround and the text I use photoshop (trial version) but you can also use pixlr. (Photo editor online / free image editing direct in your browser - Pixlr.com) It's an online program similar to photoshop.
