8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I do not have illegal items so I do not understand why I am banned. I can assure you that I do not have coal ore, iron ore, gold ore, emerald ore, diamond ore, redstone ore, lapis lazuli ore, or nether quartz ore. And these are the only items listed as illegal to own (or in the case of my ban message, possess). If I did somehow have these items, then I must have picked them up by being AFK.

Can I be un-banned since I did not break any of the rules? I am currently missing out on 7 /kit donor250s and that is reason why I wanted to log on while on vacation. I have no problem discussing whatever it is that you wish to discuss but I don't see why I am banned

 

In addition, if you just need to talk privately, why can't we do private messages on this site? If that is a no-go what about email?

Any kits you miss while being banned are your own fault. The unban, should it come, is a privilege. You should instead be grateful for being allowed back online instead of demanding more from us.

 

I completely agree with you if I was banned for a legitimate/fair reason. It would be 100% my fault and it would definitely be a privilege to be unbanned. However, if I was banned for something other than a legitimate/fair reason, I feel that it would be fair to be refunded for lost items/time.

 

So a lot has been going in the private message and not here. I feel that I should start talking here since the private message is not being documented in the ban appeal.

 

So far this is the breakdown:

1. I was asked if I knew of a certain item.
2. I responded with yes, because I did a quick search and found this post about the item ([sharkkiller2014] Possession of illegal GoD books [Ender] | Skyblock Forums) I then commented on the items being lost from my 6 /250 kits for being banned for having an item that is legal to own.
3. Ender responded with a comment on how I was copying the player from the other appeal and something to the affect that my kits don't convince him (I am assuming he meant concern because it didn't make a lot sense to me)
4. I then made a comment on why the kits mean a lot to me. I then said "Can you give me a reason why I am banned? Because right now all you said is possession of an illegal item and the item you are currently talking about is not illegal."
5. The response was "I made a post that they were 100% illegal and anyone caught with one will be banned on sight."
6. I then came back stating that there was no such rule in The Rules in the Most In-Depth Form | Skyblock Forums. I then explained that if his rule was created while I was offline and I was banned while I was offline, then how would that be fair considering the rule was creating so recently. I then reasked for the reason I was banned since it was not answered yet.
7. He then said "I would have no problem with unbanning you, but if your attitude is as appalling as Shark's then you wouldn't co-operate if I unbanned you."
8. I then explained that I wasn't having an attitude and that "It is easily to misinterpreted the way people try to say things through text"
9. He then question me on how much I used said illegal item and where I got it (I am assuming that I cannot refer to the item since he wanted to Skype/TS/Message me in regards to talking about it).
10. I replied with "Do you even have proof of me having such a [item]? This could help jog my memory"
11. The reply I received was "Im not allowed to show you >.>" (there was more to the reply but I am leaving those detail out since they could reveal the item)
12. I responded with "Not allowed to show me proof of possessing an illegal item? Why not?"
13. He then explained the reasoning for hiding the information of said illegal item to include not showing me a picture of said item. He also then reasked who gave it to me and another question that could reveal its identity.
14. I then asked him if he posted a picture of it in the rule that he created (he stated that he created a rule earlier about this item)
15. He came back with "No I didn't if you really want to be unbanned could you answer the questions please"
16. And I responded with "I want to get unbanned but I still have not seen any proof that I had an illegal item. The reason I am not answering your questions is because you are asking me to self-incriminate myself."

 

bkleinman1 I am including you on this since you messaged me. I am not trying to be difficult, I just don't see why I have to admit to possessing something that I am not sure what I am admitting too. It has been described to me a couple of times, but I am simply requesting some type of proof. Based upon what was described to me sounds like something I have, but I can't say for certain.

It also has not been cleared up that the item that this whole ban appeal is about is legal or illegal. The only thing I can go off of is the outcome in this ban appeal (http://www.skyblock.net/threads/sharkkiller2014-possession-of-illegal-god-books-ender.49653/). That outcome (which I previously brought up with Ender) is the item is legal to own, but not legal to give out. My ban is based upon possessing an illegal item, which based on the last outcome means I did nothing illegal.

Now if there is something else you need from me please let me know. As I stated with Ender earlier, I wish for this to get over quickly since this is taking away from my vacation time with my family that I rarely visit.
