There should be a reset on .net. It hasn't reset in a year now, the economy is crunching into tiny bits, most the islands are abandoned griefed ones, so why not make a new skyblock world, inventories reset, enderchests everything It doesn't take much to delete and replacethe essentials config, and delete the world and make a new world called "skyblock"

Would it be good server? Yes and no. Many people would be mad at the server for that, and quit. On the other side, it would be good for the economy and overcrowded islands, as mentioned we would have less griefed and quit islands. Like a lot less. Still, I'm not quite sure what to think of this. People have spent money on grass, spawners, diamonds and many other things bought with irl money, I'm not quite sure they would be too happy about it. In on the fence.

 

It'll never happen sorry. I just don't see a way to properly do a reset and keep the player base happy. Multiple players have spent hundreds of hours on their islands, as well as collecting their valuable resources, so to ask them to reset for the "possibility" of a more stable economy and server as a whole via reset is something many of them wouldn't agree to, nor would Cyp, or Crew want to do a reset, which has been stated in other reset threads before.

They DONATED, meaning you give money to the owners. Your own fault if you decided to waste money on here. Donated definition "A donation is a gift given by physical or legal persons, typically for charitable purposes and/or to benefit a cause. " Aka, you don't need to get anything and they can just remove all your items. Nor is the server a charity case by any chance, Crew has "earned" Over 500k from this server by now.

 

Water blocks used to be available at spawn. Nobody bought them so they were rare. When they were removed, they suddenly became valuable. Supply and demand.

 

Oh, also All the owners really care about is money, not the players, realize how he never posts on regular forums, and only mod forums and admin forums? Cypriot pops up every now and then, but it's rare enough to get something back from them.

 

I support what you're saying, there shouldn't be a reset, but there are some points that are plain-wrong.

First I will start out definition of "economy".
Economy - An economy or economic system consists of the production, distribution or trade, and consumption of limited goods and services by different agents in a given geographical location. (Google)

Production - Producing cobblestone, logs, etc.
Distribution - Trading those cobblestone, logs, etc.
Trade - Receiving goods in return for those cobblestone, logs, etc.
Consumption - Using those cobblestone, logs, etc.

There is most obviously an economy in Net, and please realize, just because there's no "money", there is still a form of currency (most likely grass).

 

I know I will get so much hate for this, but I completely support a reset. Just for the issue of griefing. The amount of griefs that are reported insane, and that's not even including the ones not reported. .net needs a reset.

 

I am just saying this, org had 300 people on at a time once. Now it doesn't even get barely 100. Those resets made so many people quit. That shouldn't have to happen to net.

All the work gone into ur island would be gone. as i know exas he is rich. he would lose his stuff and have to start over. I say no to this because people spend hours upon hours on this sever building!

 

I don't spend "Hours" on this server, I just go on it every now and then

 

I used to play hours on .net, my island is "full" so i just go and sell and get kits
