A friend who is playing on our skyblock island (His name is MystMine) and because we're not playing anymore on the island he asked a mod if he can become the owner of it.
The moderator said yes and he would make him owner of our island.
Now my question is: Can moderators do that or are they allowed to do that?
he also claimed the unclaimed chest (our storage room) and is there a way for the owner to remove them?
And how do i remove someone from an island?

Because i don't want him on this island anymore.

 

Mods can't transfer ownership to different players.

 

Sadly we cannot transfer ownership of islands.

I spoke to MystMine about this, and I told them that you as the coop leader need to leave the coop by typing /coop leave to transfer ownership to the next person. Since the leadership gets transferred to the next person whom you invited, I don't think it's going to be Myst as you invited someone before (if memory serves me right).

So you'll need to do the following:
1) Log into Skyblock and do "/home"
2) Break any locketted chests that have your name on them
3) Do "/coop leave", which will transfer ownership to the next in line
4) Mystmine can then do "/coop" to find out out who the leader is
5) If that person doesn't want to play anymore, tell them to go to step 1) and repeat

If you want to kick someone from the island, do "/coop kick".
