Hi Pyonas, I posted a thread regarding this in the Amnesty section but will add it here. Weeks/ months ago when i first started i created a number of starter islands to mine all the dirt and items from them, i passed the items to a friend, who held them temporarily and then gave them back to me when i was done, he was not aware of any wrong doing at the time, he's since been onto me to get rid of them as we are coop'ed on his island, this was my intention but i never got around to it. He'd advised me to request amnesty before getting rid of the stuff. When I was banned the other day for assisting bridging (which I have appealed in my first thread) it was brought to a head and I posted my Amnesty thread. I apologise for my wrong doings but i never intended to trade any of these items, This is why there is so much of it in my chests, apart from a some items that were lost when i fell off the island, they are all still there. I see people wanting buckets all the time and I could have gotten rid of all of them but I never had any intention to do so because I'd seen the announcements highlighting this as illegal. I have never had any need for extra lava or ice so i feel a fool for leaving it sitting there for so long, the dirt I admit some of it was used to expand our island but was certainly never traded. Looking at other ban appeal threads, you all seem fair in your rulings so I will accept what is coming my way, but I please ask that you forgive my initial stupid actions which Ive not repeated since i stared months ago and have no intention of doing so ever again, our island has no need for any starter items and as far as trading goes, we have enough iron and grass blocks to trade as required. As for my friend Crakrjack he is a top bloke and has not done anything wrong and has always pushed me to come clean and do the right thing. He'd threatened to kick me from the island but didn't want to be left with the task of disposing of the buckets, etc. for fear of being made party to my wrong doings. I ask that you please consider unbanning me and cannot stress enough that I will not be doing it again. I've never broken any of the rules apart from rule 5 (although I didn't trade anything) I also ask that you seek to see Crakrjack's innocence in this matter, he is a good guy that as far as i know has always done the right thing and urged me to do likewise. That and I think he's going to hurt me if he gets banned. (This is said, 'tongue in cheek', he will probably hit me but no more than i deserve.) Thank you for your time.
Pyonas, thank you for seeing Crakrjack's innocence in this. He tells me he's of for a few more days for having harbored a fugitive. Should I be allowed to return, I think I'll owe him a few grass blocks. I realise my situation may require more time to think over, so I will await your verdict.
I will unban you 6/2/13 (dd/mm/yy) By then I think you will have understood what you done was very wrong. Abusing starter islands is not acceptable, and I hope you never do it again. As for you amnesty app, I banned you before you posted it... so that doesn't really count.
