Package brought: $10 donner package

Previous to making this forum i have sent this email to your staff.

"I have recently brought a package and when you finish your payment it informs you that your goods will be placed in 5 minutes on your account after payment. IT DIDN'T!
I then read the email i got from [email protected] about the acceptance of my payment and that instead of what i first read of a 5 minute delay for my good its will be 10-15 minutes delay. Guess what? its been almost an 1 hour and I AM STILL WAITING!.
I try and seek help from your oh so very useful mods and guess what no reply. so i try again. I get a warning for spamming.
I'm not quite sure if from this email you can tell how annoyed i am and if not let me assure you i am very annoyed at the lack of urgency.
Its a shame because its a good server and up until now i have thought that. I do expect a swift reply to this email from a human and not an automated response."

I have then again tried to speak to your MODS who didn't even know what you received for a $10 donation and then continued to tell me he couldn't help me and to make a forum.

Like it says above it say's it will take 5-15 minutes to receive your items i have now been waiting well over
2 HOURS I am beginning to get very irate.
I expect a reply the instant a site administer or the server creator see's this.

 

The email is very out of date. The application of donor titles can in some cases take extended time. Getting irate about it will not speed the process up. If after a day or two the title has not been received then you would contact and admin with your issue.

 

It's been 2 hours if they cared about people donating this should of been done ages ago.

Thanks, thats all good and well but do not advertise it saying 5-15 minutes if that is not the case. I can appreciate its not your fault but can you understand my frustration?

Also can you pick Mods with Intel and information on the product they are working with. The amount of help i got was ridiculous. I could be a mob! I know more about the product and i have only been playing it for a few days. I'm not saying i want to be one but however it would be nice for the one's picked to know what they are talking about.

 

They do care about the server and they appreciate all the donations but there are many people who need their help.
Administrators are way to busy! (Not only with this server.) They can't be online 24/7.

 

For most people it takes that long. Sometimes crap happens and it doesn't go through right away.

Just calm down. Everything can be fixed in the end. The mods cannot add your donor rank. You will have to wait for CypriotMerks to help if it doesn't work. Once again, just stay calm and carry on. It can all be fixed.

 

I thank you all for your opinions and i am quite aware that i need to wait thank you! However i didn't make this forum to get other peoples input i just wanted a reply from an Admin! i would have avoided a forum if a mod could have told me the information the admin has however they didn't. Moreover i didn't say that i expected the mod to give me my rank and items i expected help and assistance, mainly information, which i didn't receive. Finally i am no in the mood and don't wish to have to justify myself to anyone.
Miss advertisement and poor customer services. Is not acceptable. I don't care who you are!

 

Just wanted to say, there is one admin. The owner doesn't like to get involved with the forum stuff so it's mainly up to Merks. He is an older guy. He has more responsibilities. Think about owning a server like this.....Now imagine the work it would take. He will reply/fix the problem when he can. This is in no way a store....it's a donation. There is no customer service department, it's all Merks. CypriotMerks.

 

And the miss advertisement? i'm sorry this may annoy you and i am sure you're doing all this to get noticed and be promoted to moderator or something and i hope you get it. you seem well informed. However please go be a know-it-all somewhere else. Like i said i am not in the mood! i just want it fixed.

Okay if they cared I would of been unbanned. So I swapped ranks with someone, Akrillz banned me for no reason cause he messed up. I go back on and Skygod is gone. I then get banned because my name has colour. I asked Akrillz to unban me so I can do /nick off to get rid of the colour. Guess what Akrillz said, He said "Cyp told me to ban you until he comes on". So does he really care. Still banned btw

 

It wouldn't hurt him to come on for a few mins and sort this out. Still waiting to be unbanned. This is disgusting, I donate $100 and get treated like this.

 

Yeh your right, The owner dosent want to get involved. He would rather let his little minions do his dirty work. He's doing this for tones and tones of money. That's why I ain't donating anymore. I know I'll get banned for saying this but then it's the truth about this server.

 

The least Noobcrew can do is come on and help. Not sit on his butt laughing at us for donating to him. He's earning tones everyday.

I donated 100$ to Pink it didn't come in 2 hours I had to wait for 137 hours, patience is a virtue. All I had to do was email cyp at [email protected] provided evidence and it was all sorted out. Lol why do u play if u hate the server so much? You shouldn't have to be banned for what you said because what ur showing us is that you don't cAre so why play? Hmmm answer me that, if you answer me with a reasonable response i have 10 more pages I can easily type on this topic.

 

Buycraft is a thirdparty website that cannot be monitored by the moderators of this server, if there is an issue with it - you will have to be patient. There is only one admin, CypriotMerks, who cannot be available 24 hours a day. Please calm yourself.

 

I'm banned cause I'm waiting for Cyp to get rid of the colour in my name. Been 2 days.
