I rated it dumb because I found this the dumbest thing I have read all day. I am making use of the rating system, and rating what I feel is appropriate. I was the first person to rate dumb, I remeber it. Lol. But yea, this makes no sense, as staff come and go we always need more. In the end we will adjust, and time will tell how many staff are needed.
Oh, then it was kind of nessecary. I belive this was a "dumb" thread, and yes, some dumb ratings were needed.
