Okay if he did lock your thread does it matter? If the thread was inactive or offensive then yeah he may have locked it you never know, he may have made a mistake. If the thread was going somewhere and people were talking then just make a new one and/or keep talking to the people you were talking to through inbox

You just need to calm down and first think why? Then think "coincidence?" Then make a new one and if that taken down as well then ask in a civilised manor what was wrong with it

Edit: even if it was a joke I'm sure of you put the thread back up the people who were in the thread would join again
