I was on Spanishdict.com, trying to get 2 Spanish symbols. So, is that why?

 

Yes. Any web history is fair game for the ads banners. =P

 

It is the only ad I am getting, and I spend like 8 hours a day on the forums. >_>

 

I had one for grocery deliveries, all because I accidentally clicked on it over a month ago on the store website.

 

Not entirely on history, but yes, it influences the ads that appear. There will be random ones no matter what, though.
There was a similar thread to this one a few months ago.
