That is a pretty good suggestion, but he might have purposely done the chargeback, so there may be a slight possibility that he will not respond.

 

Maybe the mods can give him/her a few days to respond and then ban if (s)he doesn't respond?

 

The problem is that the chargeback was done in the name of your account. Unfortunately that means that your account is the one that is deemed responsible for the chargeback.

The only way to get your account unbanned is to get the money back to Noobcrew.
