I bought donor 10 did not receive kit

    So bought donor 10 and waited 10 min it changed my game tag gold but didn't receive my kit any help
    In game id U_GTxNOOBoTUBEDx
    Purchased donor 10
    Missing kit

    The exact command for your kit is /kit donor10

    As Portgas said, are you sure that you are typing it in correctly? Every other donor10 has that kit and it would be 99.99% impossible for you not to have it. This is because it gives you the permission to the kit and switches your rank when you buy it.
