yes many times but jeff kept on saying not good enough etc and was ticking me off

My input on this, since this is open for any mod.

So, basically, you locked other people's chests either (ab)using your fly ability that you donated for, or flyhacking, if you didn't donate for it. Locking another person's chest makes it unaccessible and undestroyable, and I consider chest locking an equivalent of destroying the chest completely and placing bedrock where the chest used to be. However, this is a really old ban(seeing as JeffCiv is missing for more than two months already), and, if you didn't lie, all the items in the chests are still present.

I vote for a rollback and a week tempban after that.

Off topic: Though quick question, would the rollback have to be done for 3+ months? (whenever the user was first banned) If he was banned in November would the rollback have to be done so that it accommodates 2 months + 1 week? If you understand my question.
