On .net the chat goes so fast, you can't even get noticed unless if you message or have notable colors in your nick or you chat in color. That's why I think .org and HB are the best at being noticed.
#truth i agree with that. But then, the chat seems to be slower when i go on (i go on when players go on). Or maybe i have quick eyes. Maybe thats it XD
Agree, the only nondonor that I've seen that gets attention is Yellowasianface. Although some donors who don't talk in chat much help people and make nondonor friends that way
Bat AmazingGraceGirl Creepersteam FromLegoUniverse So are you disliking this because you like people being cut out of the community (donors too)? Or what's your reason? Iamandrewj I understand you're reason, but I was meaning that people always talk about the community: "omg it's so great and loving omg omg omg" and now people get cut out. I was just really mad about that. That would mean that those people were lieing. As I said in the thread, this is an other form of bullying.
I disliked this because I would never let anyone get excluded from .org never..If I see someone being bullied they would be.. the person being rude/disrespectful would be Yelled at or punished by me..have you ever been on .org...Its not a Community that's rude or hateful..like the larger .net server..I personally do not exclude anyone from the servers because everyone is different..and that's what makes the world go around..I do not believe this is for .Org
I only took this for org because one moderator was saying on the first page it was happening on org too. But if you're saying something different, you org mods must decide. I hardly ever play on org.
Nah I don't see how they are different from everyone else... I was a non-donor for awhile and was exclued from .net a tad ;-; nobody ever wanted to trade rares with because they thought they would get scammed...I finally become a donor on .net lol..and heck everyone loved me I had a better island then some skygods..That was on .net... .Org I was welcomed by a donor XD and I was always treated kindly
I kinda made a post on this. I was being a nice person when I was a regular donor, and tried talking to skygods and the only one that excepted me at that time was trombone. But then I became skygod. And guess what? I suddenly had friends of all sorts. But i refused to ever ignore non donors unless they were abusive, spamming or the like. I find myself welcomed: I dont question it, I accept it. But then I had a bright idea. What happens if i try to make friends with people as a non donor? Went on my sisters account and acted like i was new to skyblock. The results? skygods ignored me mainly, and non donors were actually answering my questions. A few donors did but it took ages. The community is welcoming here, but on the server its a little harder for non donors, and even some unknown donors. A lot of us wont deny a non donor and try to make them feel welcome, but a lot of people dont and it saddens me. Even as a mod i get some unusual requests from new players and I answer them as much as i can. So i disagree and agree here. The community is nice, but i agree in the fact that its mainly for donors, and donors get this kindness
Have you forgotten abt me? A friend that will always be willing to help. Somehow I feel you are growing distant. You always have stuff on as a mod.
I was talking about skygods not you because when i knew you first you were a non donor actually I have a lot of stuff going on and im being a terrible friend to people so im sorry
FromLegoUniverse how is that rude? And please stop disliking my posts if you are doing it with no reason. If you come here and dislike posts, then atleast give one comment on the thread / say why you disagree.
Anyway though, I don't see this because when I'm online, I'm moderating. (Which means I talk to everyone and help everyone) Do I doubt this is happening? No. Can this really be helped? No. You can't control what people do, but you can control yourself. I don't really see why this is so serious persay, as y'all do. (because it is just a game)
