He's just a friend of the creator, and I think helped building it. For the theme, it's not suited for the server. This is a G rated server, and not up too battleships and war. Otherwise it's a great map. (I explain this in full detail on the original thread too)
I think the one we have right now is ok. The thing that was made is a little too big. And like Cyp has said, "Please don't make warps for the server. If I need a warp made, I will ask you."
Cypriotmerks doesn't want ANY warps. He only accepted easter because it was already finished and he didn't want to be rude. Do not build any more warps. He will inform the community when he wants some.
I don't believe this is meant to be a new warp, I am pretty sure he just wants to replace /warp mob's current map.
/warp mob is a warp. If he replaces one, it will be a NEW warp. New theme, new warp. Cypriotmerks just doesn't want any warps/replacements, hard to understand?
