You need to go more in depth as to why you deserve the position and why you are applying also you might want to wait longer than 2 weeks after joining a server before applying for mod :/
Agree with above and can you make easier to read by making the titles a little more eye catching like coloured, bolden and underlined but it's got the making of a good mod app
