    No one can. He gave the password to all of public chat and many players that are not him have logged into it.

    he gave out the old account stuff... he changed the password, he owns the account. he is probably using it right now

    He gave the password to a lot of people so all of them are able to log on to the account. Even I can log on using his account and play right now (but not skyblock because i banned him on this server).

    Cypriot and noobcrew are responsible for this server only, they have nothing to do with minecraft accounts. The only way you can get your account back is by contacting mojang directly.
