Before i start... I am most probably going to get a few negative rating for this post, for angry players with lots of quartz will start going on at how this will ruin the economy. Im fine with that, however if your going to leave me a negative rating, do articulate it as to why please :) - Also i would like to point out that .NET is not an economy server, if you are looking for that, try .ORG.

I was thinking that quartz should be sold again. Maybe in the donor warp, that way it still maintains a little of its value. It should not be sold cheaply. But it should be sold. Currently, the majority of people are missing out on a really nice block that we could otherwise be building with. I was thinking it could be sold at possible one block per two grass, or something along that line.

Quartz is also a big part in a lot of redstone work that people may want to achieve. To make a comparitor, you have to use quartz, which in this situation is a stupid waste.

I would just like to point out, this is not for my benefit. I am richer than the average player, and own a little quartz myself, so i would also be losing some wealth if this were to happen. However I am willing to sacrifice that for a really nice building block that we are all currently missing out on.

A great alternative is using stone slabs, which you can place blocks on if the slab is on the top part of a block. I'm building a massive brewing lab, and I need lots of white/gray material, so I use stone slabs.

I'm talking about building material... people can use stone slabs if Barn's idea is not implemented.

I have a stack and a half, but haven't really done anything with it because what I have in mind will require a lot more. So I support adding it back into trades.

support, you bring a good point, if we limit such blocks like this, it makes skyblock boring having to use the same similar blocks every time, and no new creativity can be used because these blocks are so expensive.

I agree with this. Quartz is in my opinion, the nicest material in MC. It looks the best.

I agree with this. Quartz needs to be re-added.
After all, my 3 doublechest's of quartz (1 diamond a quartz) = 1152 diamond blocks.
That JUST because they got removed from the stores? Nah. Re-add. Support.

As much as I love quarts I don't think its a good idea. I mean its rare because so many people like it.

And you're partially wrong one thing. You're right on the part that Skyblock.net isn't an economy based server but it needs an economy to keep going. Otherwise, what is the point of collecting anything?

If people want it so bad, it should be worked for. That is the real, true, creation.

I've wanted quartz to come back before, but I have changed my mind.

    EDIT: Lol okay guys. XD
    EDIT #2: Bad spelling? How?

personally, I want it back. I want more. The point of collecting items is to sell them? We players require other players in order to better our islands. You don't see me selling quartz, even though I've accumulated a lot

I support, because it's a really good building block! And can be helpful in many ways.

I see your point of view, however do you not agree the majority of the fun that most have on skyblock is received from building. Using that logic, having more blocks to build with, is surely better?
