In this particular case, you should use Forum mail and write noobcrew. Be respectful, and state the bare facts like you have done here. Dont make an "or else" kind of thing comment though . Also, I find it hard to read capping every word. You might want to use normal customary capping, esp. in things like appeals. :confused:
Personally, I'd unban you but put you on probation ( maybe 6 month mute and 2 month loss of donor power ). Also adding that you want a refund if you don't get unbanned may only enrage a staff and cause them to ignore your request.
We will gently start to set a culture here in the Appeals Forum. Its not a community vote, regarding appeals. Mods, Admins, and the owner have a system to help ensure uniformity and fairness, and community vote is not part of it. In part, the public is usually not aware of all information, facts, and methods. So we don't want these Appeal threads to get spammed up with non-sequitors (facts unrelated to the cases). Of course, if any player has input regarding the facts of an appeal, certainly do post them.

No, its OK. People are not aware of the culture of different Subforums. What is OK in many Forums, is not useful here. We treat each appeal on its own merit.
