I upgraded to $100 donor today (1:00pm GMT) and purchased a spawner while I was there. I have received the donor rank, though the Spawner never materialised and hasn't thus far.

I am happy to wait a little longer, though I didn't know if I should report it sooner rather than later. I have the transaction ID should you need it.

Is it safe to post the transaction ID here? I can't see what harm it would do?

this spawner thing happens far too often

 

I upgraded myself to 100 as well today, but the spawner turned up with no problems, so I'm guessing that this is a bug.

 

I guess, I've bought stuff before and never had a problem. very strange.

I'm in no particular rush for it, a Mod will deal with it when they are free.

 

any update on this? Should i just approach a moderator in-game for a replacement or will they need proof of purchase?

 

Mention it to a mod in-game.

 

I'm on now if a .Net mod can help.

 

Sometimes if you want to get objects from donating you have to be on the server,when you buy it.

 

This is now resolved, Darkeh came and gave me a spawner.

Can a Mod please archive this?
