McMuffin that person was talking to Spenser Truex which is a person whos IGN is Nukeist. He is a person usually involved in scamming and griefing and other illegal things. The hacker supposebly Glitcher is talking about is probably a friend of Spenser Truex. That could probably be M911packed.
