Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) Yes I have. It was because I was xing someones cobble generator, I broke a block, and lava came out. He thought I was greifing, so he reported me.
Why do you think you should be a mod? I think I should be a mod because I can help with a variety of problems with many different resolutions. I can also use all moderator tools, and never abuse my power/rank.
How long can you be active on the server every day? Atleast 3-5 hours.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes I do. I have been moderator on 2 servers, Admin on 3, an owner on 2!! I have lots of experience with perms and ranks. I have never been banned on those servers because I dont abuse ranks

Your application is very short, add more info into the "why do you think you should be a Mod" section.
