My username is frozenriver. I got banned because their was 2000m bridge on my island connecting to other peoples islands. I have not been on skyblock.net server for a couple days. I log in to go continue working on my island then a Mod tells me im bridging islands. Their was a bridge on my island correct but i have not seen it until a Mod pointed it out to me. I have been without internet for 5 days. If you really think its me i strongly ask/courage you to check your server logs too see if im lying to you or not. The island i'm working on isnt even my island its my partners island frozenforest. Me and my partner havent been active alot on this server so it couldnt have been either of us. We are both rule following gamers just wanting to relax and have some fun building stuff on our island.

 

The ban was from me. We talked on your island about it. You were polite and cooperative.
The islands connected to you were all looted, in 2 directions in a straight line for about 2,000 blocks.
Your island was not looted.
FrozenRiver & FrozenForest are both banned, pending hearing from your partner who left 7 minutes before I arrived (by chance).
Your friend has a note in his ban notice to come here and post.

 

I know this may be much to ask of but is their anyway for someone to watch over my island. I really don't wanna have to start from the begining again and remake everything. I'm worried that my island will be the next island to get raided/griefed. If that is to much then can you please move my island to a random different location so it doesn't get griefed.

 

No, can't do it.
If your teammate gets on and provides a indepth statement, this can get resolved quickly.
Your island seemed untouched, and a nice stone "gate" cut out of your wall on the cobblestone bridge side.
So somehow I suspect your island will be OK.

 

Ok I really don't know when they will be around but I sent him a message on facebook telling him to come here and do an appeals on the forums. I guess i'll wait until how long it takes for him to come online next and get this thing sorted out and settled with. Thank you for your time.

 

This island was located after searching some huge bridge networks.

The 2 bridges they went straight, about 2000m total. Islands were all small, looted, grieved.
This island was only one not affected, and was roughly in the center of the bridges.

Jeff wouldn't it be much easier and faster to ask for crew or luke for a logblock analysis in this situation?

I was recently attacked by what I believe was an invisible attacker. Explosions everywhere caused me and my partner to leave and join my other friend's island.

Perhaps this attacker bridges from island to island. If there was not a bridge system leading from one of the smaller islands, than perhaps I am wrong.

If I am wrong, this guy probably did bridge. If he didn't, this forest dude probably did without telling river. I mean, I don't see a response from river here. I do believe he is avoiding this so he does not have to break it to river that he is the reason they were both banned. Sorry mate.

 

It's still open. They dont play regularly, however. We will wait for the facts.

 

The facts are in. Neither FrozenRiver nor FrozenForest were part of the bridging and looting. Luke has tracked down the guilty and they are now banned.

FrozenRiver & FrozenForest are unbanned, and exonerated.

Apologies to both. FrozenRiver behaved in an excellent manner throughout, and they were both just victims.

A perfect example of how things can "look bad" and you have to wait for all the facts before making a final judgment .
