I've been trying to donate $25 for like an hour now but it keeps saying

I tried two different cards, and one of them was a prepaid MasterCard, but it keeps saying the same thing. I
'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what... :/

 

Maybe wait a few days, the money might not be in the account yet,

 

It is, I called and it was confirmed. Also, what about the other card? It's not prepaid.

 

hrmmm, maybe just try again later, maybe buycraft is updating or something, idk. happened to me once, i just tryed a week later and it was all good.

Sorry I cant help you with this I have no knowledge of stuff regarding donating.

 

Day 2 now. Still not working with either cards. :/

 

Youll have to wait patiently for someone like cyp to reply when he feels like it.

I found a help page that lists some possible issues...

The card is linked with a pay pal account other than the one you're using.
The card is linked with a pay pal account that's been closed.
The card is linked to the account but not confirmed.
The card limit has been exceeded.
There's a problem with your email or billing address.

... And if it's none of that it suggests clearing your cookies and trying again.

Does any of that make sense?

EDIT: I've been trying to link my prepaid to my Paypal account but it doesn't work, it's supposed to do it automatically though, right? I logged in and activated my card and everything.

It doesn't always happen immediately. it took my purchases 10 mins to load.

I just want ask is it a like a Mastercard or visa Gift card?

I had the same problem with the visa gift cards. It seems they do not work online. luckynumber56 seems to know about this more.

Because PayPal hasn't, or doesn't want to give me a debit card, I don't know too much about the errors people experience with them. When I donated, I used PayPal funds -- straight signing in and hitting Pay Now. If at all possible, I would have the funds in PayPal and check out, then sign in and pay from there.
