I have never been banned before on any server.
Why do I think I should be a mod?
I go on different servers and help others, and try to apologize if I started or participated in a fight. I'm really nice to anyone, even if I don't know them. I try to help anyone and everyone on the server, moderator or not. The thing is, no one looks at my chats! Someone asks a question, I answer it in the chat, and they don't see it! I recently stopped to /msg people answers so others can see that I help other people and support me on my way to becoming a mod.
I'm nice, I'm friendly, I'm helpful, I have a sense of humor, and I don't exclude anyone, anywhere. I know what trades are illegal, such as flint, dirt, buckets, etc.
How long can I be active on the server every day?
About 3 times a week, about an hour a day. I try to be on as much as possible.
Do I have any past experience as a moderator?
I actually have been a mod on a few different servers, and I know how to act like one.

I like your mod app but it lacks a bit of detail like instead of saying "3 times a week", say how long you can play for those 3 days like 1 hr, 2 hrs, 3 hrs...... so on
