Okay, so my understanding of this was that Jakestarr was given prior warnings before being temp-muted. Obviously, if this is true, the Moderators are justified in kicking / muting him, as the tolerance for disrespect is lowered as consecutive warnings are given.
There's this thing called a report section, if you've got evidence of staff members abusing then use it instead of creating something like this.
