this is how it works for me I get my kit it comes with one diamond why get another? I wait 1 day to get my kit now this idea here is good in some ways but bad in most way it would make the economy that's a big one and villagers are not so post to have rares like that also diamonds would be less rare so they would be worthless after a while

 

I think quiet opposite here. There is so many donors trying to get rid of diamonds for grass as is, its made so easy as is. Most donors have trouble selling a diam for 64 grass, I would rather see a villager selling 64 grass for a diam, which would lock in those prices.

 

Really? Everytime I see a donor selling a diamond for 64 grass, I do the deal.

 

I've always had trouble, some even lower the grass price to sell it for a diam. I guess each side of the coin is true based on each perspective. Diamond hoarders exist, however grass is usually earned with work and not many people have a lot to spare.

 

Well reading everybody else's comments on this topic, I think that it should be at a warp where a everybody can go to and everybody can be able to buy it. This would allow Non-Donors and Donors to both be able to buy Diamonds. Because for sure it would make the Non-Donors feel left out, and if you ask me I have seen some really good Non-Donors. So if this idea ever did come into play and happened then everyone could get Diamonds. I hope that this is a little better and I hope this idea does happen!

Diamonds are not and WILL not be sold by a villager. The point is that diamonds are rare, and should stay that way. I don't want it too easy to get diamonds, it's fun to work up enough grass to buy a diamond.

No. This would ruin the economy more than it is. You get diamonds by kits, it's just one day. The economy has infinite diamonds as it is.. Why need more? No support. I highly doubt that this will ever be added.

so then there will be no trading at all!
all have diamond armor, sword, tools and more so all should keep it rare

i see were you are coming from, but diamonds are not the rarest item on the server. Skygods and donor100 get them in there kit every day. i agree with you, but diamonds are not that rare.

 

There is no ecomony in .net, if there was it would be ruined already because new diamonds come to the server every day.

 

well they are because you have to pay 100 and/or 250 £/$ so ye they are pretty rare

 

yes, you do have to pay a lot to get them, but there are several hundred or even thousand of them in circulation. compared to say, dragon eggs, of witch there are only 8 in existence on the server, i think.

 

Even being a donor, I disagree with this. There are enough diamonds in circulation already, and adding a way to purchase large amounts of these would crash the economy. (Edit: The only way I can see this working is if these villagers are available to everyone, like Krissy said, and if the diamonds were priced significantly higher than if someone were to buy a diamond from another player. Like, say in some other dimension diamonds were 20 grass apiece, the villager would sell the diamond for 30-45 grass. This makes the villager a failsafe option, but also encourages players to buy diamonds from other players, as they are cheaper. This is sort of like how I could buy a spruce sapling for 1 grass from someone and risk getting scammed, but I could also buy the sapling at /warp grass for 6(?) grass and remove the risk of getting scammed. This is the only option I can think of that would work.)

 

DISAGREE! Why should they ever add that?! It would totally ruin the economy and the players too. The reason I say this is because if this happened, people would be wasting money and the price for diamonds would probably lower even more because they wouldn't be rare anymore. I think that they shouldn't add this. IF they did, everything would be ruined on the server.
