I think that if we were to have even more people on the forums that are active, the forums would be more fun. I was thinking with just something small like a broadcast message every so often. Ex.

[Broadcast] Sign up on our forums at Skyblock.net for more features!

And for a small perk for the non-donors, every player to sign up on the forums with their Minecraft username could get like a prefix that says [Forumer] Green of course so they do not stand out like donors do.

It's just something I came up with as I went to get a drink so it's not that great of an idea. I didn't put much thought into it but leave feedback!

 

Also, players couldn't say "I didn't know about the forums so how could I know about the rules." =+= It's annoying.

 

Bat This Would be cool But I Don't Think Merks Nor Crew Would Take the Time To add a Prefix to All The Players It Would Probly Take Days!

 

If we had an active developer right now, we could get a plugin to automatically add the prefixes in maybe a 24 hour interval.

I don't think Crew would want Justin back after the backdoor file on the forums..

 

I don't think Crew or Cyp wants one right now due to the fact "lack of trust".

 

Agreed, most people do not know the forums exist until they get banned.

Some people know the rules and still break them purposefully, the rules are pretty self explanatory for the most part.

 

Same goes for capitalizing no words.

No support for the prefixes, so much more stuff filling up chat.

 

I like the idea of an occasional broadcast, but not so much the prefix.

 

I don't think I like this just because it would spam up chat more with the prefix in front of every name of a non donor.

 

Crew/Cypriot will probably add the broadcast, not too sure about the [Forumer] prefix. I'm pretty sure they won't want to add them manually, and automatically adding players seems impossible.

 

Definitely think that the broadcast idea is good, but not the prefix. They could probably put a link is the broadcast, so that you just need to click on it. Kinda like the voting broadcast.

 

Also, to remind, non-donors can't see broadcast.. I don't know if this has changed, at least I couldn't
